To search for a Producer name (A), Farm name/production unit (B) or Code (C)/(D) follows these steps:

Highlight the specific column by clicking on the letter A, B, C or D on top of the table.

On the Standard Toolbar, click on Edit and then Find.

Search: By column

Mark the Match case block with a P by clicking on the blank square.

Type the words you want to search for in the “find what” field, making sure that you type in the same letter case (upper or lower) than the info is typed in. Type only a keyword (part of producer name) and not the full name.

Click on find next

The block where these words or figures appear will be highlighted.

By clicking on find next all the next field with that specific wording will be highlighted one by one.

PLEASE NOTE:

When attempting to search for a specific code the number alone may be typed in. e.g. 699, 712, 485, etc

If the full code is typed in the find what field, a space must be left open between the letter and the figures. e.g. A 0123; G 0456
