PLANT GENETIC AUDITING is responsible for deployment of auditing officers or inspectors to enforce the requirements as stipulated in the Acts administering plant genetic resources to pursue optimal utilisation of agricultural resources. |

PLANT GENETIC PROMOTION facilitates education, awareness and outreach programmes in conservation and sustainable use of plant genetic resources for food and agriculture, particularly to rural communities through extension and other agencies. |
