| DIRECTIONS
TO THE PLANT GENETIC RESOURCES CENTRE Travel
on the N1 Pietersburg Highway in a northerly direction.
Take
the Zambesi Drive/Cullinan off- ramp.
Turn
right at the robot and travel in an easterly direction back under the
highway.
Turn
left at the R573 KwaMhalanga (Moloto) Road which is at the first 4-way
stop. Drive ±
17 km until you cross the Pienaars River and thereafter pass the SAPS Dog
School. ±
400 m after the dog school just before the Roodeplaat River you will find a
slip off on the left side.
Turn
in the entrance at the brick wall that is marked with big yellow letters,
namely Department of Agriculture, Directorate Genetic Resources,
Roodeplaat Evaluation Centre. Follow
the brick paved road for ±
2 km until you reach our building.
There
are two buildings on the premises, first on the right-hand side - Variety
Control (small farm-type buildings).
Continue straight to the Plant Genetic Resources Centre (big
building with a high concrete water tower).
